Acrylic texture color for recreational Surfaces

MATERIAL  DESCRIPTION

Sporturf acrylic II is a sand – filled, 100% acrylic latex compound designed for outdoor and indoor applications.  It has a non-slip texture that makes it the favorable surface.

The non-angular silica sand used in this product produces maximum texture with very low abrasion. This surface is more comfortable not hard on the knees

Sporturf acrylic II results in a dense, textured surface that adds thickness to the color system.

Sporturf acrylic II is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted prior to use.

INTENDED USE

Sporturf acrylic II is design to hide the profile of the aggregates used in the pavement, fills minor voids, and leaves a uniform surface for the application of sporturf acrylic I

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

The following mixes have been found to be satisfactory for average surface conditions

Two part of concentrate material one part clean potable water.

After the addition of water mixing with a mechanical drill is required until the mixture is homogeneous. Periodic mixing should be done to ensure consistent application.

Color: Neutral, blue, light blue, red, green, light green

Coverage Rate: 300gr/m2 approximate

Weight per liter: 1.5 kg/liter

Limitations

Keep from Freezing

Do not over Dilute

Weather limitations.  Temperature must be at least 10°C and no application during rainfall or when rain is imminent.
